How quickly will I get a reply?
Within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Saturday, GMT+8). Enquiries with a drawing, dimensions and a destination port usually get a priced quotation on the first reply rather than a request for more information.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Guangzhou is served by Baiyun International Airport (CAN). Give us at least a week's notice so the relevant engineers are on site.
Do you have a local agent in my country?
In some markets, and for others we work direct. Tell us your country and we will confirm whether there is a local contact or whether your enquiry is handled directly from Guangzhou.
