Our MOQ is typically 1 piece for sample orders. For bulk orders we recommend at least 10 pieces to optimise shipping costs. Quantities are discussed against your actual project, so a mixed or phased order is workable.

Yes — sample orders start from 1 piece. For custom trees, samples are produced against your drawing or reference image so you can approve foliage grade, colour and finish before committing to production volume.

Yes, and we encourage it. In-house QC covers every unit, and we welcome third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) at our factory before the container is sealed.

Terms are agreed per order and are typically a deposit with the balance against shipping documents. Exact terms depend on order value, production duration and whether the order is custom or catalogue. Request terms with your quotation.

Standard products: 7–15 days. Custom artificial trees: 20–45 days depending on complexity and height. Large-scale projects may require 30–60 days. A detailed timeline is issued with your quotation.

Yes — customisation is the core of what we do. We customise height (1 m – 15 m), trunk design, leaf material, colour, shape and base structure. Send a drawing or reference image for a consultation with our engineering team.

We manufacture artificial trees from 1 m up to 15 m. Trees above roughly 6 m are supplied as segmented trunks that assemble on site, which is what allows oversized specimens to be shipped by standard container.

Trunks are built from steel and fibreglass structures. Foliage is manufactured from UV-stabilised polyethylene and PVC depending on the grade specified. Fire-retardant grades use treated foliage and structural materials. The exact material mix is stated on the datasheet for each model.

We offer fire-retardant options tested to NFPA 701 and BS 5867, with EN 13501-1 available for fixed green walls. This matters most for indoor commercial space — hotels, malls, restaurants and venues. All outdoor-rated products include UV protection. Standard protection lasts three years; our premium range offers up to five years of UV resistance. We ship worldwide by sea freight, air freight and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). For large projects sea freight is the cost-efficient route. Packing is designed so oversized trees arrive buildable.

Usually your own fit-out or landscape contractor. Trunks are segmented and keyed, canopies are packed in numbered bags, and every oversized order ships with a written assembly sequence. We also supply installation support remotely.
