Hotel & Resort Projects

Fire-rated, low-maintenance artificial trees, palms and green walls for hotel lobbies, atriums, guest corridors, restaurants and pool decks — specified to the compliance regime your project names.

Typical project scope

Everflorae manufactures for this sector from our 12,000 m² Guangzhou factory. A representative scope:

  • Lobby and atrium feature trees — single-stem or multi-trunk, 3–12 m, built to draw the eye without blocking sightlines.
  • Green walls and hedges for reception backdrops, corridor runs and spa transitions.
  • Pool-deck and terrace palms in wind-rated, UV-stable, corrosion-resistant grades.
  • Restaurant and banquet greenery — blossom trees, foliage canopies and floral programmes.
  • Planters and weighted bases specified so large trees are stable and deliberate, not improvised.

Compliance for this sector

Hospitality interiors are where fire compliance is checked hardest. For US hotels, fire-rated foliage and drapery are specified to NFPA 701; for the UK and EU, BS 5867 and EN 13501-1 apply to fixed green walls. Tell us the standard your consultant names and we build and document to it, with test documentation issued per order.

Frequently asked questions

Can large lobby trees pass hotel fire code?

Yes — when specified correctly. We build fire-rated foliage and can issue test documentation against the actual materials used, which is what a fire consultant accepts. State the standard (NFPA 701, BS 5867 or EN 13501-1) at enquiry stage.

How are oversized trees installed in an atrium?

Trunks are segmented and keyed, canopies packed in numbered bags, and every oversized order ships with a written assembly sequence. We support installation by video call, or coordinate with your fit-out contractor.

What a named project page includes

When we share a specific project under NDA, its page documents the full scope so your team can evaluate fit before enquiring:

We do not publish client names or project data without authorisation. If you are evaluating suppliers for a similar scope, tell us the sector and approximate size and we will share relevant, de-identified case detail under a confidentiality agreement.
  • Project name and location (client name withheld unless authorised)
  • Project type and client type (hotel, mall, resort, restaurant, theme park, commercial interior, landscape)
