From drawing to installed tree
Every Everflorae tree is built to a specification, not pulled from stock. These are the ten stages a custom artificial tree, palm or green wall moves through in our Guangzhou factory — the same sequence behind hotels, malls and resort installations worldwide.
Design
Your drawing, reference photo or brief becomes a 2D/3D specification: height, canopy spread, trunk form, foliage and base. We confirm the spec with you before any steel is cut.
Engineering
Structure is calculated for the required height, wind exposure and load. Tall and outdoor trees use bolt-together segmented trunks so they ship and stand safely. Custom manufacturing →
Material preparation
Steel tube and plate, fibreglass, resin and foliage are checked against the retained standard. Incoming steel wall thickness is verified before fabrication begins.
Trunk & structure
Armatures are welded or moulded in-house — square branch sockets, brace rings and base plates. Palm cores are skinned in fibreglass by hand for a natural taper.
Foliage production
Leaves and fronds are moulded and colour-matched to your sample or photograph. UV-stable and fire-retardant treatments are applied to the relevant lines as specified.
Assembly
Branches are mounted, the canopy is shaped, and the planter or base is fitted. Trees are fully assembled and photographed in the workshop before being broken down for shipping.
Quality control
Every unit is inspected for structure, finish, foliage density, colour and fixing hardware. Oversized items get a pre-shipment assembly photograph record. Standards & compliance →
Packing
Canopies are bagged and numbered, trunks are crated, and carton marks with CBM planning are set to your importer's requirements so the order reassembles on site.
Loading
Cartons are braced and loaded for the chosen route — sea freight for volume, air or express for urgent items.
Shipping
We ship worldwide by sea, air and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). We handle documentation and can join a video call with your installation crew for oversized trees.
