Can you build from my drawing?

Yes. Most orders start from a client drawing, reference photo or brief. We turn it into a 2D/3D specification and confirm it with you before production.

How are large trees shipped?

Tall trees use bolt-together segmented trunks and bagged, numbered canopies. A 10 m tree typically ships in 2–4 packages and is a crane lift plus bolt-up on site.

Do you support third-party inspection?

Yes — SGS, BV and TÜV inspections are welcomed at our factory before the container is sealed. Request it at order stage so we can schedule production around it.

Ageing and test documentation

Foliage for outdoor ranges is tested by artificial accelerated ageing to GB/T 16422.3-2014 (UVA-340 lamps, 168 hours); the result: no cracking, no blistering, no peeling. The original report can be requested during quotation. For fire performance, parts can be tested to NFPA 701 (US), BS 5867 (UK/EU) or EN 13501-1 (EU), with documentation issued per order. The standards themselves are quoted from official sources on the certifications page.
